The company is committed to formulating and implementing a business strategy that aims to achieve and sustain a high standard of business practice which incorporates Occupational Safety, Healthy, Environmental protection and quality management throughout the company in line with its context and interests of stakeholders. Our approach to business considers strategic and operational risks, as well as opportunities throughout our business processes under the demonstrable leadership of the companys management.
Specifically, we are committed to:
- Ensuring an effective structure and provide resources to manage safety, Quality, Health, Environment matters including sustainable development and compliance to legislation.
- Complying with the applicable Safety, Quality, Health and environmental legislation and relevant international obligations as a minimum requirement and implement company standard relative to hazard, aspects and impacts, programs and processes to achieve greater protection against risks.
- Establishing objectives and continuously improve Safety, Quality, Health, Environmental performance and management system.
- Continual improvements in managing standards requirements, by routinely identifying, eliminating and controlling related hazards and risks as well as realizing the various opportunities that are embedded in our operations.
- Complying with the ISO 45001:2018 OHSMS, ISO 9001:2015 QMS and ISO14001:2015 standards and any other requirements which the Company may adopt to ensure environmental sustainability, customer satisfaction and absolute safety through preventing pollution, poor quality service, environmental damage, and eliminate injuries, incidents and ill health;
- Training all employees and contractors on our Safety, Health, Environment and Quality management system to achieve high standard of performance in all areas.
- Establishing measurable management objectives and targets which are timeously reviewed to adequately manage service quality, occupational Safety, health and our interaction with the environment and community
- Conserving natural resources and reducing the environment impacts on waste generation and emissions to air, water and land through strategies focusing on correcting, reusing, recycling and safe deposit of waste.
- Maintaining a high level of emergency preparedness and response to manage any potential emergency.
- Establishing and maintaining a Wellness Policy that seek to prevent the spread of diseases which include HIV and AIDS and protect the dignity of affected employees and adopt strategies to prevent stigmatization.
- Ensuring is communicated to all persons working under the control of organization with the intent that they are made aware of their individual Occupational Health and safety obligation.
- Establishing and maintaining appropriate controls, including periodic audits and reviews, to ensure that the EHS Management system is implemented, updated where needed and is available to interested parties.
